P90X

So last week i started taking a twice a week(hopefully soon to be three times a week) P90X class in Decatur...A lady from Alvord who has the program is doing it at the River Church on Tuesday and Thursday nights...this is just what my workout routine needed...something new and fun! My neighbor lizzy goes with me and im pretty sure shes liking it too! Her husband might join us on Tuesday...Tim wont go not even when is jaw is healed he says because he doesnt enjoy working out...its not just for weight its also for a healthy heart so guess ill out live him...LOL! Im still going to the gym on Monday and Wednesdays and once the Saturday P90X starts that will be my 5 days a week! I am so glad that i started working out a living a healthy lifestyle 2 years ago i enjoy it soooo much! Ive been loooking into some degree plans to possibly get my bachlors in health promotion with the option to teach(k-12th grade)...although the teaching thing like in school im not so sure about kids arent really intreasted in health and nutrition id rather teach and talk about it to people who actually take something from it and use it for themselves! I love to talk to people about living a healthy lifestyle! Well thats all ive got for now :)

Dont let gym scales fool you!

Well apparently the gym scale is off by 6lbs and i am really 111lbs not 117lbs so only 2lbs to go to reach my goal...i still want a flatter tummy which i plan to get through pilates took my first class last week and even though it hurt it was AWESOME! I cant wait to start taking it twice a week! Ill probally take some other classes to help me get outta my rut...changing it up once in a while is good keeps you doing it instead of just quiting because you are bored or disappointed.

Well...

Well vacation got me way off eating right and working out but today im getting back on it full force! Im very excited about it! I cannot wait to get my body back to where it was, the number on the scale back to 109, and just feeling so much healthier and better about myself! Hopfully the next post will be a good one!

Its going...

Well for the most part so far so good...i picked a new 4 week workout from my magazine called Beach Body Ready and i love it!  It has toning exercises and cardio and is only 3 days a week i still do just cardio 2 more days a week to get in 5 days...For the most part ive been eating pretty good and i havent really drank in 3 weeks...i had one drink at our anniversary dinner and tim made me a drink sunday night we didnt have much alcohol so it wasnt strong just yummy and refreshing!  Im still not down to my goal weight and i have a week before the end of mine and tims competition...he seems to be loosing weight yet he isnt eating any better or working out!  Man i hate being a girl i wanna be lazy eat what i want and not get fat but thats just not gonna happen!

Well tim extended our weight loss competition to May 31...how am i ever gonna loose 7lbs in 1 month...healthily that is....i dont wanna starve myself or deprive my body of vitamins and nutrients and such...i havent been to the gym once this week i was sick monday and tuesday and cramping on wendsday(yes i know it would have actually helped my cramps had i worked out instead i went home and ate some sugar filled cereal)...I obvisiouly havent been doing to well with my new me plan...i drank way to much on saturday so much i dont remeber half the night!  i shopped on friday but it was a huge sale and i got a lot and spent less than $40...my house i havent actually done a good cleaning on in like 2 weeks!  So time to start super diceplining myself and get into gear and be the person i want to be and that i know i am...a good neat freak of a person!

April 20-26

Well last week was ok for my first week at work on this...i had 1 cheat meal...go me! i did have some cookies on saturday night 2 sugar ones not so good...and i did good friday night NO DRINKING! Then Saturday after a table of 25 all by myself then other tables at the same time yeah when Mel said lets do a shot i was like im in...i deserved it dang it! So i had 3 shots then called it good even though the others continued drinking! I still need to get some more protein worked in...

In October Jess, Sharayah and myself are going to do a charity 5K(Trinity Bright Halloween 5K) and the goal is to run/jog most all of it so ive got to do some research and get us some work out plans written out...that same month is the Susan G Komen Dallas Race for the Cure and i plan to do that one as well...im hoping my girls will join me! Friday i was really down not sure why all i did all day was cry! So i just did...even at work i couldnt control it! I went to the mall in between jobs thinking that would be the cure of course it helped a little but not a lot...i got some make up from orgins and wow it helps my face look much better and actually it has cleared up since friday...wendsday is my yearly dr appt and as usual im nervous the dr said high stress could lead to the thing coming back and gosh knows ive been under high stress since oh idk december thanks to phazar and its non paying and not sure and such...we shall see though...im hoping it all comes back just fine!

The Start of the new me

So Jessica and i both are having some issues with ourselves and decided we should start a blog to motivate ourselves into being happier, healthier, and well just better all around! Our goal is to blog once a week and it has to all be posotive and we will reward ourselves if we keep it up! Things i am working on:
working out daily again(5 days a week)
eating healthy all but 1 meal a week meal not day!
(the 2 above should help me loose the 10lbs or so i wanna loose)
less shopping!
less drinking...being that i work weekends at a bar this will be my hardest feat!
keeping my house cleaned at all times
starting small projects and finishing them around the house(painting, decorating... things like that)
keeping my vehicle clean at all times
once a week date night with my husband(we pretty much already do for the most part)
well if i think of anything else ill come back and add it but for now that is all.
After reading Jessicas blog things i would like to add to my list are:
working on my budget
eating out less
spending more time with friends
oh and text jessica nightly to make sure shes walking lol!
